Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel Bangkok, Bang Kapi

Likes are many - Huge rooms, spacious bathrooms with separate bathtub and bath area, clean, friendly attentive staff, good facilities etc. Dislikes are few - The gaudy interiors, and to a certain extent, the location ( but we could manage a 100 baht taxi ride back at 11.00 pm, so not a major issue). Definitely a highly recommendable hotel.

Words cannot really express how much I enjoyed staying at the Radisson in Bangkok. I travel a lot, and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Very clean and excellent service. I think I ate at all of the restaurants, and I could always find something on the menu. The International breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices, and they make omelettes on the spot. The staff is exquisitely dressed, professional, and courteous. The only small negative was that the gym was not 24 hours. For those travelling from the US, we were always up late at night or in the early mornings, but could not use the gym. If you really want to treat yourself, then the Radisson is the place to stay.

I cannot believe this hotel has only a 4 star rating. We got 5 star treatment from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who always greeted you with as smile. The rooms were enormous as were the beds. Facilities within the hotel were excellent and everything was maintained at the highest level. Cleanliness

Not one single thing to dislike about this hotel wonderful staff and the hospitality we were shown, was first class.When we arrived we were upgraded to and executive room which was lovely, flowers on the bed, fresh fruit, and chocolates by the side of our bed, and the staff were always smiling, nothing was any trouble for them.As we were on honeymoon we felt very special.Thank You for your hospitality.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to. The moment I walked in, there was someone walking across the black marble laden floor to greet me and take my things. I was dressed in beach wearm but they still treated me like royalty. The rooms were gorgeous. Bathroom was unbelievable. Then lets talk about the international buffet. Actually, we can't talk about it because words cannot describe it! All this for 40 dollars. Seems worth it to me!

Located in a quite place. Friendly atmosphere. good restaurants. specially for middle east traffic where halal food is on the menu. its 10 minutes to the main shopping area by tuk tuk or taxi that cost aprox 60 bath. we had a pleasant stay at the radisson

My family just spent an extended holiday weekend in Bangkok and we stayed at the Radisson Hotel. We loved the rooms which had comfortable beds and pillows, huge bathrooms (though my mother wondered why the bathrooms had separate shower and bath areas!) and the gym has good equipment for a comprehensive cardio and strength workouts. The service was also excellent and the breakfast buffet was good. Only bugbear was the location, which was a good half-hour car ride (cos of the infamous Bangkok jams) away from the shopping areas. Many taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel, or quoted exorbitant amounts of 400Baht to take us back! Would be good if the shuttle service went to more shopping centres apart from MBK. Overall, I'd consider staying at the Radisson again if I return to Bangkok.
