BEST WESTERN Pinedale Inn, Pinedale

This was a great place to stay. There is not a thing that we could complain about from the nice room to large clean pool and to the great breakfast. If can't like this place, rent a motor home.

Paid for a non-smoking room & it smelled like a dirty ashtray...sheets,towels,carpet,everything. The manager visited the room and said she couldn't smell anything. I asked if she was a smoker & she said yes. So, then she drags some housekeeping guy to the room and he starts sniffing everything and claims he can't smell anything. Relatives traveling with us were in another non-smoking room that was fine but they smelled our stinky room as soon as they walked in. The manager gave us $25.00 off the bill...Big Deal! In the lobby was internet access but the printer was disconnected/not working. No coffee lids for coffee cups at breakfast. You couldn't pay me to stay at this dump again. If you are headed North to Yellowstone like we were, I suggest you look for a place in Rock Springs(South) or find someplace in Jackson(further North).
