Le Royal Meridien Chennai, Kanchipuram

I was greeted with Poor serivce right from the time of pickup from airport (they did not come in time to pick me), after not coming in time - they blamed me that my flight was delayed for 15 minutes and hence, they left the place. You order something in room, they promise 15 minutes and wont deliver, you call them after 40 minutes, they say its on way and then you call again after 10 more minutes they say its coming and than it comes. Everythime I ordered food from room (twice). I will never come back here again. They just dont know the customer service.

Never stay in this hotel , Starwwod just fanchises it without having any control. Service is horrible and nobody would listen

Spent 2 weeks in Chennai on business. Although the hotel was fairly clean for area it was located it smelled like jet fuel or diesel fuel. I had breathing problem for months after that visit. Recommend the Sheridan.

I think this is the best hotel in chennai with a very convenient locationa and the best service in Chennai the food was good, the ambience was excellent and well what can i say

Its pretty good looking and decent hotel. They have airport pickup and drop-off service. I have stayed couple of times overnight and found no issues. Food is OK. Sure, I will stay another time if get chance.

We been stayed their in 2003 may ofr day or two it's good to stay if price is not to high , we paid about 225 $ just for 1 night for three person that's high for chennai, any way but it's Clean and good location

this hotel location is right near airport. The hotel is friendly but the carpets need cleaning for the price the breakfast is the best in Chennai The people are nice friendly The hotel room is spacious

SIRVICE: The sirvice in the Le Royal Meridien was the best you could ever find.It is the best place for food.their service is very good and they yould provide all types of food. and you can get all kinds of food from pizza to indian rice. ROOM: The room is verry comfortable it keeps you in touch with your home. LOCATION: The location was very convenient.IT is situated in the heart of the city(Chennai) it is easy to locate Le Royal Meridien .

likes : maintains good privacy even at a very busy junction,their good transport system. dislikes : trendy functions and events are very few.they need to improve the restaurants.

The Hotell is big but has a very nice atmosphere. The persons who work there are really, really wonderful people - in all categories! The lobby-livingroom is beautiful with high energies. You feel at home with strangers. The Health club is excellent and the man in charge of the pool is an angel being so helpful. Thank you!
