From New Zealand to Paris

We liked everything about the hotel apart from being given a room one floor above where the elevator reached. Whilst the room itself was fine, it was difficult to struggle through a doorway concealng the final staircase, up steep stairs and through another doorway to reach the actual room door. We had made the reservation several weeks in advance and would have appreciated a room with better access.
The breakfast was rather expensive but very good and the breakfast room attractive.
Hotel staff, at reception, at the breakfast room and the cleaning people, were all polite, pleasant and helpful.
