Avoid at all cost!!

Do not stay at this hotel. Sleep in your car if this hotel is your only option. Five weeks prior to my visit, I reserved four 2 Double Bed Rooms, Non-Smoking for a rate of $71.10 (not cheap in the terms of a 20 year old hotel). Call one day before our arrival to confirm all was good and the front desk person confirmed all on my reservation. We show up the next day they had us in four King rooms (four families of four) with some smoking and some non-smoking. Their response was Sorry sir we over booked. I wanted to ask was our arrival a surprise???. Anyway, this was the best part of our experience! It goes down hill from there... Just in my room alone, wet carpet extending out from the a/c for 8 feet, so we ask the front desk for towels (no hope in changing rooms) and they cannot give out more towels thats our new policy!!! So we received 2x2 bath mats to lie around the unit. The room was filthy with hair, finger nail clippings and general dirt everywhere. No extra pillows (remember a family of 4) because "someone left with all of them yesterday". Mold growing in the coffee grounds still left in the little maker. So we survive the night and show up for cheap breakfast (we understand what type of B'fast is served and did not expect any more) at about 8:30 AM. We get one cup of coffee and cereal for breakfast. At 8:55 AM, a lady comes out a very quickly removes all the food, coffee, cups, bowls.... even while people are in line. Ok I can live with a very strict rule that it ends at 9:00 AM (this is the only area where they showed any effort), but the big kicker happened when the woman TURNED OUT THE LIGHTS ON ALL OF US FINISHING BREAKFAST!!!!!!!! Dark! Quite an adventure... this is funny and sad, but seriously, this hotel is one to bypass at all cost due to the unsanitary conditions and a management team (NEW - HAHA) that could care less.
