This Microtel Inn is located approximately 15 miles from downtown Rochester. The Erie Canal is five miles from the inn, Finger Lakes Race Track is six miles, Roseland Waterpark and Lake Ontario are 10 miles, and Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is 17 miles away. Every morning, guests can enjoy complimentary coffee in the lobby. Free cookies are available Monday through Thursday evenings. There is also a 24-hour vending area on site. For additional convenience and security, the front desk is open 24 hours a day and there is a single after-hours entrance. The inn also offers a well-lit parking area. Children under 16 stay free in parents' room. All rooms have cable TV, Nintendo games, built-in desktop workspaces, dataports, and window seats. Cribs are available at no charge.

Just okay

This was just okay for one night. Can't say the bathroom floor was the cleanest I've seen. It was just okay...bare bones, wasn't a coffee pot, did have a refrig/freezer and a microwave and 4 plastic wrapped paper cups. Air conditioner didn't work the way it should but was tolerable.

Bad News!!

We tried Microtel because of the article in Consumer Reports. This must be the exception! This place smells like an ashtray throughout! Even the "non-smoking" rooms smell like an ashtray! The place is in disrepair. The room was dirty. Our complaints to Microtel have gone unanswered. Stay away at any price!

WHAT A BARGAIN

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay at the Microtel in Victor. We were going to Pittsford for work and it was an easy ride from the Microtel. The room rate was unbelievable. The staff was efficient and courteous - even when we checked in at 1:30 am! The continental breakfast was a real time saver as we had to go out early both mornings. The roome were very clean, beds were comfortable. We would certainly go back

Truly a bargain

The Microtel in Victor is the best place to stay for the budget conscious traveler when conducting business in the Rochester Area. The rooms are small, but logically organized and the free wireless internet, substantial fresh and free breakfast and friendly, efficient staff make staying in this motel a delight. The Microtel is ideally located next to a health club which will permit, for a fee, Microtel guests to use their facility. The Microtel is also next door to a Chilis restaurant and a Denneys. The Microtel has become my home away from home.

Good room at Great Price

When we were looking for a place to stay for our weekend trip to visit friends we review the choices in the area and most of the other hotels were twice or three times the cost. Mictrotel was affordable and clean. The staff was super- brought us extra pillows and towels when we asked. Plus we had the mirco/fridge at no additional cost. Overall it was a good room at a great price.

close to where we needed to be

We got checked in efficiently. We were able to get extra pillows and the iron and ironing board that we wanted. And we were near our families.
