We probably won't go back.

We had a room reserved for Feb 14th (which was also our anniversary). The staff at the front desk was very pleasant, but it ended there. The room was NOT clean. The bathroom counter was obviously not washed, a bath towel had hair all over it and coffee packets were empty but stacked neatly by the coffee pot. Our room was $146 and other 'families' of hockey players paid less than 1/2 of that. Why do they get preferential treatment on Valentines Day or any day????

Hotel was GREAT, Very friendly staff,The room was great clean and smelled clean. I will be returning to this hoel. The staff made me feel welcome. The mall is across the street and was so nice the staff was helpful on places to go and things to do.

Home away from Home

The rooms were clean and fresh with their newly remodeled rooms. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. It was close to the Mall. It had easy access to the highway.

thin walls, dirty showers and caulk with mold

the smell when you walked in smelt like chemicals or smoke. the customer service was terrible. The rooms was passable at night with the new carpet and curtains and furnishing but rooms were white and seemed dirty. The bathroom was horrible. The molding around the shower had mold and a lot of it. The walls were so thin that you heard everything. Water running, doors slamming, toilets flushing and overall it was just hard to sleep with all the noise until 1.00 AM just from everyone getting ready for bed.
