Could not have asked for anything better!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The price was perfect for what we received. We were checked in by a nice woman who offered us alot of help in where to go and what to see. She also let us use the business center to print out directions everwyhwere. The room itself was pretty standard but you could tell alot of care was taken in making sure everything was clean and orderly. The next morning, the breakfast was ready 20 minutes early because we asked to have a very early start on the day. When we returned to our room, everything was exactly how we left with but the beds were fixed, towels replaced, and trash emptied. The location was also perfect because it's a straight shot on the highway about 2 minutes to 6 flags and like 10-20 to sea world. The best part was that there was alot of good food and a WalMart near by for us to get all the things we forgot to bring on vacation. Still the best thing about the stay was that when we extended our stay an extra night, the manager gave us the same rate without a hassle. She was very nice and showed she cared about all of her guests. With alot of smaller hotels struggling to stay afloat, it's a great time to get in on cheaper stays while helping out these local businesses.

hotel is clean, rooms are nice, price is good, easy access to IH-10. Well worth the time to stay here.

Clean...with very Nice Staff

Just had a overnight stay. There was nothing really special about the place. But it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection. The Staff made it the nicest, because they were nice, friendly and helpful. I would return.

Good value motel!

It was very inexpensive for us to stay in a double queen room. Everything was very clean. The breakfast had make your own waffles and assortment of fruit, bagels, cereal, and drinks. Easy access to the freeways.

pleasant stay

The hotel is much older than it appears on the photo. However, the property and the room was very clean. Easy access to major highways. Many restuarants and shops nearby. Over all, it was a pleasant stay.

close to six flags and thats all folks

We stayed at this hotel to be close enough to the theme parks, which it was. The beds though were all bent out of shape and sagging, very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on(in the room I was in). I would stay agian but would request beds that have either been replaced or atleast in better condition. The night personnel seemed to me to be more occupied with the fact that they wanted to watch television and that I was a bother. The shower head was old and didn't work that well. and the door to the room didn't seem to close well at all. I had to practically slam the door to close it. Overall nice appearance but I think a little TLC to the hotel is needed.

Loved the visit

The Best Western Fiesta was a clean, comfortable, conveniant location for a family of 5 to stay comfortably and not spend a lot of money. We would stay at Best Western any time and would recoment it to others wanting clean, comfortable value. Thank you!

Horrible in every way

Numerous problems at this hotel: 1. Bathroom light would not come on fully, flickered and gave an annoying strobe effect. Was told nothing could be done until the next day. 2. NO HEAT. We turned the heat up to high and after 2-3 hours was still blowing cold air. 3. At 2AM, our next door neighbors decided to have a bunch of people over and turn the music real loud. Called the front desk and they did NOTHING about it. I had to call the cops myself twice to get it broken up. After all of this, I am having trouble getting a refund. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.
