Above and Beyond!

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn several times in the past five years. This hotel is always clean, has wonderful customer service, and the rooms have an upscale feel with a very reasonable rate.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
We recently travelled to Florida, and upon returning to the Hotel via the shuttle service to pick up our vehicle, we couldn't find our keys, our driver did not leave us alone, he patiently waited in the cold parking lot with us while we looked for our keys, after sometime it was evident that we could not find the keys with. We were helped back into the hotel where the reception staff very sympathetically gave us the Conference Room to allow us privacy to open all of our lugguge, in hopes that we would find our missing keys. We ended up making a phone call, and it turned out that our keys were in Florida.
Suddenly we were stranded, we tried to get a key made for our vehicle, but with modern technology the key's computer chip needed to be programed and the dealership wasn't open long enough to allow for that. We had to be at work the next morning, so we had to have our son drive from Stoney Creek Ontario to bring us the spare set of keys. This could have been a very very bad experience, but the staff were so good, and showed us genuine compasion for our situation, after all we were tired and eager to get home.
I can't say enough about the staff, they were so nice, they offered to help us in so many ways, and went above and beyond the call of duty.
I will be sure to visit the Hampton Inn in any city, especially Buffalo on Walden Avenue.
