Best Western Nissaki Hotel, Mykonos

Watch carefully when you book your room type, we booked a junior suite but they gave us executive double bed, a category that was lower than what we booked. We found the proof from the pictures in their website but they still did not admit their fault. We paid more but get a cheaper room. Also, their housekeeper suddenly came into our room at 10:30 p.m. without knocking the door and went into the bathroom and change towels while we were sleeping on our bed. We did not call any service at that time. Also one afternoon while we were in our room, the reception called us but before we answer, the phone stopped, and a minute later, the staff brought two guests to open our door and wanted to come in and show them the room. What kind of hotel is that? This was our worse experience. We won't stay in this hotel anymore.
