Terrible Service.

We stayed at Comfort Hotel Aug 24th & 25th. The trouble started at check in. I did not get the room I had reserved 5 months earlier. It had been given to someone else. I did not get the rate on my confirmation. They said the room they put me in was at a higher rate and they couldn't lower it. When I checked out, they had billed me at an even higher rate. I left the hotel with an adjusted receipt, only to find when I checked my billing online that they had charged the higher rate anyway. When I called the hotel for help, I was put off, handed off, and completely ignored by the hotel manager.
Had it not be the weekend for a National Harledy Davidson Rally and the Bristol NASCAR race, I would have tried to get another hotel. None were available at a reasonable rate.
The service from all the desk staff was terrible. They were short, inconsiderate, arrogant and incompetent.
Stay away from this hotel.
