Don't even think about going there!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/26/11
We have stayed at this hotel for 15 years and have never had a complaint one until last week..we booked three nights there..came in Monday night and was given room 509..so small there wasn't room to get luggage cart in room or enough room to walk around bed..changed to room 525 (king with hot tub and jazz. in bathroom)..turned on three light and couldn't see across room..lamp beside bed wouldn't work (found it unplugged and only way to plug it up was to move bed because plug was in center of head board) thirty minutes later we found it had a 20 watt bulb in it too..then we loaded the refrig with red lobster and other food because we had planned to watch the world series game on Wed.night in the room and relax in the hot tub..Shopped all day Wed. and rushed to room to watch Cardinals..got food out of refrig and it was spoiled because refrig was unplugged and we didn't know it..called front desk and all they said was maid must of done it..That was a lie because you had to move a big cabinet to even get to the plug in...Then..the final blow..They didn't even have the regular Fox Channel (had ABC, CBS, NBC, but no Fox where the series were..People were calling and complaining..I totally couldn't believe it....Grand's answer was they had it on a budget pack..we might try a sports bar or something...I tried to switch hotels but they were all booked..I spent the rest of the night at the Rad[sson Sports Bar eating a cheeseburger watching the Cardinals..Need I tell you anymore...This hotel has gone to crap and they don't care...oh yes..needed handicapp parking there was none available..had to walk straight up hill to 3 sets of stairs...

Average hotel
By SherryL, 9/13/11
When I arrived at the front desk, the hotel staff did not look up from her computer to greet us. She continued to do something with her computer for 4 minutes, when I started toward the other staff member at the front desk, she then asked if she could help me. Hotel information was given quickly, in a way that she did not care if I understood or not. My husband is 76 yrs. old and hard of hearing. She really did not care, and from that point on we did not enjoy our stay. The room was average. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. You could hear noises from the hall and other rooms. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. They had a nice buffett breakfast the next morning. We were able to get there before they closed the breakfast at 1000, thanks to the wake up call we received at 0800, which we did not request. I would not choose this hotel again.

Not going here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/12/10
The location was good. That is the only good thing about our stay. The room was not cleaned. Black residue in tub, stained chairs, and uncomfortable beds. The maids cart was in the hallway along with 2 chairs all night, and was still there this morning when we checked out. The breakfast was not good, the food was cold, no staff was present. Next time in Branson will be staying somewhere else.

oldie but not goodie
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/13/08
from the outside its a nice looking high rise. inside the lobby is okay. the room i booked 8 weeks prior was given away and the solution was to give us a handi capped room because they are larger. we ended up in a smoking room for we did not want the handicapped room. there has never been ventilation working. the walls were filthy and the bedding really used and old. the next day we were able to get a non smoking room which was also shabby and comes with bed bugs. the upstairs lounge is tiny and old. this should not be a 3 star hotel rating. maybe a one star

We would not go back!
By Jeff, 7/18/08
Rooms are too small for the price. Hotel is decent, food is decent. There are better hotels to stay at other than this. Only book this as a last resort if everything else is full. This hotel is in the middle of the main strip, traffic is heavy all day, avg. speed is 5mph in either direction, at peak times of the day. No stop light at intersection, wait 5 minutes to even pull onto the strip. Parking lot is on a slope, be prepared to walk up hill 100 yards at a steep angle.

By Janb, 6/16/08
There were cigarette but in the stairway, but most people use the elevator. Room was nice, but the wall paper was pealing above the window and the coffee maker still have coffee in it from previous lodger. Overall the stay was above average. Breakfast was find if you don't mind the same thing over. Hotel staff was supurb with service and very friendly.

Probably come back
By Mary, 5/13/08
Location was great for attractions and outlet mall. Clean rooms. We called for extra linens and never received them. I am in a wheelchair and wanted to go in the gift shop and not a go. My son went in and brought things to the door to show me. The lady working was very pleasant. A lot of nice items but if there were more space a lot more items would sell. Breakfast was very good and staff very pleasant.

Vacation terror!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/31/07
When we arrived, we had a good impression of the hotel. Two 2 hours later, our vacation was a disaster. During that time, it had rained and we arrived back at our room to find the top of the window seal hanging down with water dripping onto the air conditioner, floor and bed. Maintenence was called and all he did was placed towels over the water drenched areas. We called the management and they said there were no rooms available and there was nothing they could do. They mentioned if we needed additional towels we could get them at the front desk. It would have nice for them to bring them to our room. So we had to endure a night of a musty, wet room, wet bed and a noisy air conditioner along with the bugs in the bathroom. The swimming pool was filled with hot water and chlorine was so strong it burnt your eyes. The stairs in pool were covered with what looked to be yellow/green mold. One of our keys didn't work, but the front desk said for me to use our other key and they could replace them only if BOTH keys did not work. So, I had to wait on my husband to return to the hotel in order to get into the room. The next morning, we awoke with NO water in the entire hotel. The front desk stated "the entire town is without water due to a break in the main water line." That wasn't completely true, the break occurred in the area neighborhood. Anyway, it was a disaster. The continental breakfast was limited. NO shower or water for personal use. The front desk did not offer bottled water or a later check-out time. The staff was rude and uncooperative. We, like others that day, cut our vacation short. There is one thing for sure, I bet the hotel had plenty of rooms on the next night!!!!!
