Won't spend another dime there
By gracestar24, 10/14/10
Came through on our way to Reno. Had free rooms. Big deal. Had to pay a pet fee of 50.00 non- refundable. Every restaurant we visited had lousey service, but what got me the most was waiting for an hour on the casino floor spending my money and not getting a bottled water, I don;t drink alcohol, but I really enjoy a nice cold water and black coffee sometimes, and I tip! It was so bad I called someone over to help me and she said shift change mam in broken english. That was last I saw of her. Put service light on for help. She can't help. Won't go back. Business must be good for them they don't need MY MONEY!

BED BUGS BITE and so does Boulder Station!
By CARLSBAD, 4/9/10
Bit by bed bugs, not from 3rd world country but that's what they blamed iton! Replaced mattress with brand new one(admitting guilt) and all new bedding, sent security to take pics of numerous PAINFUL bites and blood on sheets! Gave Dr note stating it was bed bug bites, had witnesses (special olympians and families) and was told I wouyld have to pay and file claim that was deined due to lack of responsibility on their part, with their insurance co. Got an attorney? Will need one if you stay in this toilet!

Coco's Resteraunt at Boulder Station
By Unhappy, 11/14/09
I have been a customer at Boulder Station for a couple of years now as I am a local. Coco's Resteraunt just opened up and my friends and I thought we would give it a try. After being seated, our drink order was taken by someone who barely spoke Englsh. At first, I thought I just didn't understand her when she mumbled something about "no beer". She ultimately explained, as well as she could, "no liquor license". So we ordered soft drinks and reviewed the menu. Granted there were a number of interesting items on their large and varied menu, however, as we waited 15 minutes for somone to take our order we decided we really wanted to have a few drinks before eating or at least with our meal. When someone finally came to take our order (well not really, she yelled to us while dropping pies off at the table behind us) we said we would just take the check. Part of the reason was the extensive wait and part was no liquor license, although I would hope that you would have a liquor license if you have drinks on your menu (and the menu on the web). In any event, the waitress' response was to loudly state, "Oh, you don't like what we have on the menu?!" We said no, we just wanted so have some drinks before dinner. Her response was to state the same thing. Obviously, the fact that the menu offered drinks which they did not have was lost on her. Rather than explain the difference between having items listed on your menu that you can't sell and not wanting anything on the menu, I just reiterated that I wanted the check. On the way out, I mentioned my expereince to the manager who could have cared less and said he would like to help me but he couldn't unless I could described the waitress to him. Granted, I didn't stay long enough to memorize her every feature or perhaps obtain a DNA sample, I did advise what table we were at and as everyone knows that is enough to identify the waitress. On the way out, I stopped by to speak with a manager at Boulder Station but he too would have loved to help but Coco's was a leasee and not really associated with Boulder Station. However, he did mention that it was very important to keep people happy and gambling??! Ok, well that will certainly solve the problem. As I write this Boulder Station (and all Station Casino Properites) are in bankruptcy...they won't get anymore of my money to get out of it.

Perfect for Families
By Candace Lynn, 7/19/09
We liked the kids Quest, they were friendly and attentive. The slots were lose enough, the dining was good, great blues club. Guitar Shorty was singing the blues. Recieved a assortment of coupons upon checking in which we used. Was a great experience.

Awful
By Fernando, 3/21/09
We stayed at a Station Casino; a nightmare of errors. We got a key to a room that was already occupied. New room wasn't cleaned we had to request it. We were assigned a room next to the fitness center (open 24-hrs day & noisy), pool was much too cold to swim. Was promised heat would be turned up in pool on Friday. Four days later it was still too cold to swim. Room flooded with overflowing toilet. They put mattress pads on the floor so we wouldn't have to walk on soggy wet carpet. It was very difficult for us to move a wheelchair over piles of mattress pads. Upon checkout I started to explain (again) the difficulties we had, but I was told we would get no further discount because we already had a senior discount. This is how they treat seniors? No response to my letter from corporate. After three complaints I got a $20 off voucher for another stay. HA - NO WAY! I would not trust AND Station again.

They don't honor their offers!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/11/08
I called Boulder Station to make reservations for 6 adults in October, based on a rate offer of $39.99 per night that they sent me a few months ago. The fine print in the offer indicated it was valid for up to 9 adults. The operator told me that the offer was only good for a single room. If that is so, it means that I would have to cram 6 people into a single room! In any case, I refused the offer, and we will be staying elsewhere, at a similar property that offers their deals for MULTIPLE rooms.

Boulder Stay
By Baddest1, 2/14/08
I loved the fact that this hotel was super clean EVERYWHERE. We all know some of the Vegas hotels look good in certain areas of the hotel whether it's the rooms themselves, or the lobby, or just the exterior. This hotel is beautiful from front to back top to bottom. The pool outside is gated with a high lock and spring lock close to avoid little accidents, there is a movie theatre inside. If you are traveling with teens there are a few things for them to do even if they are not on the strip. Which brings me to the fact that I like to go to the hustle and bustle but when I'm tired I like to be able to leave it. That is why I like the location of this hotel, it's not too far but not that far either. I have not experienced and customer service (I did't need any) but the people are all nice

Off the Beaten Path
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/2/07
This Hotel has everything you need. The food was excellent and the Casino has it all. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The Bellman was very helpful and full of information. They can arrange for car rental with just a call. It’s a great place if you want to stay off the strip. We'll definitely go back when in Vegas.
