great place

no pool,very small continal breakfast,super friendly staff,low rates for budget minded,very clean rooms,quiet location and loacated close to athens for football games.about 18 miles away.

love it there!

It has come up a lot since the first days when it opened.Every year for our family reunion it is no question about where we will be staying.Deer Acres. The only thing was one year the pool was closed. kids love water. the staff is very nice and polite. It has been a while since i've been there but I will be returning soon. See ya when I get there.
