Comfort Inn Grand Island, Grand Island

The service at the front desk was friendly, check in/out was easy. Got the jaccuzzi room for what seemed a good price, but the tub was small for two people. The pool was small, 5 in at one time wanting to go from end to end was difficult. It was warm though, I was able to get right in and be comfortable from head to toe. There were no towels available in the pool area, but were quickly available at the front desk. There were only 4 tables in the breakfast area, all in use with others waiting. Need bigger bagels for toaster.

We stayed here during an awesome basketball tournament. The hotel facility was good for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was awesome. The greatest problem was with the hotel manager. She was rude and confrontational. She discussed things that happened in other rooms with other people, scolded a parent as they checked in about a previous nights event that had nothing to do with our team, and when told we would pay for a mistake, she told us she would charge us whatever she wanted. There are two ways to work with people-kill with kindness or be negative. This hotel would be a good place if you don't have children or only need a quick place to sleep but don't bring your family here!

dislike the spa closeing at 11:00pm noise level.likes roomsize beds shower.dont know what eles to tell you should have everything you need here.just use what i have here thank you very much

The staff here was wonderful! Very attentive to guest needs. Clean hotel. Nice pool. The only problem was the free high-speed internet wasn't working and the 1-800 help number said it was a problem with the hotel's reciever. After about an hour of working on it, we were able to fix it for the hotel. I think the hotel or their internet server should had been aware there was a problem and had it fixed instead of letting a guest discover the problem and fix it for them! But like I said, great hotel, great staff, great pool. Would definately stay here again. A+
