I like the poolside.ıt's very very big. Animations is superb.The families can come here easyly,because it's very clean and your childs didn't bore.That vhy this hotel will be your choice.The rooms were very comfortable and the service is fast.But the location isn't convienet.

I like this place so much because my favourite team "Real Madrid" is from this city, and I like tha spanish people. They are very good, sentimental, etc.

I dislike the name of the hotel (The Westin Palace Madrid)...But is the gratest!The service is great.It`s clean.It`s a great place to stay.I`ll recomended to everyone.

One of the best

I�m from Madrid. I�ve being living there my hole life and I must say that this is, in my opinion, the second best hotel in our beautiful city. The price of one night on it is high, but the top quality of everything inside this hotel (food, rooms and services)could be compared with the best of the world. About the location... well, It�s in the middle of the city, close to every typical place to visit like museums or shopping streets like Serrano, but I miss more green places near it. I would advice another hotel to spend many nights but it depends on the money you have, of course!

Location Grand

Location is grand in this most famous of hotels. This is a must for at least one night. Might be pricey but the location to everything makes it worth it. Heavanly bed, english speaking staff, willing to help and arrange details. Rooms are nice and well decorated with good amenities. Worth the trip.

- great location for the Prado, Puerta del Sol, Atocha train station - "heavenly bed" was overrated...it sagged - great bar/lounge - beautiful place

THE STAFF THERE WAS GREAT, FOOD WAS GREAT, THE ROOM WAS VERY ROMANTIC. I HAD ROMANCE NOVEL SEX IN THAT HOTEL. I LOVED IT!

It was a wonderful experience

This was a wonderful serendipity. We did not have a place reserved in Madrid and our reservationist suggested the Palace Hotel. It was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our visit. The room was beautifully appointed and everything was spotless. The food and the service was good. It was a perfect location for sight seeing the museums. We will stay there if we ever get back to Madrid.
