great staff, spacious rooms, great breakfast. Was a welcome respite after braving the Roman attractions all day. Really can't say anything bad about it. With the high price of food in Rome, a substantial breakfast like they offered was a welcome change. Close to Plaza de Republica and Termini Metros. Termini was not as bad as others would have you believe. Supermarket just down the street, so you could store some cheaper foods in the refrigerator they provide, but there is no way to heat the food. Wireless internet is a bit expensive, but if you can do without it, its no big deal.

Great hotel. Wonderful location for buses, trains, and subway. Very friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. To eat I suggest LeEuorpe one block behind hotel for sit down meals. For something on the go Pizza Kebop at Via Cavour 50 great food VERY FRIENDLY service and FANTASTIC food and prices. The hotel is very European ~ the a/c doesn't come on until April 1, roof top doesn't open until May 1. Very clean

We loved the hotel more than the city. It was clean, beautiful and everyone was helpful. Much better than the other hotel we stayed in in Rome. The marble floors in the rooms, the high ceilings, comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom made the stay a delight. I had trouble getting my daughters out of the hotel to sight see. If I return, it would be to this hotel.

The hotel building itself is old but the inside and the rooms are big enough and clean. Very close to the termini train station. Convenient from the FCO airport as you can take the train to the termini. One word of advice from anyone taking a shuttle to the termini from the airport. DO NOT BOOK YOURSELVES WITH A SHUTTLE COMPANY CALLED "TERRAVISION" They charge 8 euro one way to termini but if there are not enough people on there scheduled trip they will not stop to pick up passengers even if you are paid. And to try and get a refund is not in there vocabulary.

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay here longer. We loved this hotel & will stay here again, the next time we're in Rome. The evening views from the roof are to die for & it's only a couple of blocks from the main train station.

the nord nuova roma is a comfortable attractive hotel with a pleasing and helpful staff. after the first night we were moved at our request to an attractively decorated but small [ by most american standards] twin room with a large marble bathroom.the air conditioning made for a pleasant night's sleep on warm rome evenings. there was television in the room and good telephone service and connections to reach the usa by at%t etc. the business center in the lobby provided excellent but somewhat pricey internet service. the public rooms of the hotel are comfortably elegant with crystal chandeliers and red leather tufted couches as well as a separate library or reading room and blue and white sitting room.the dining room is of similar ambience and features an hearty continental breakfast incl. ham, cheese, fruit, cereals, bread etc. the hotel's jewel is its terrace cafe bar on the rooftop where libations as well as sandwiches, pizza,pastas and desserts are seved. in may there were lovely cooling breezes here in the evening with vistas of the ruins of the nearby baths of diocletion and st. peter's dome in the distance. the hotel's location near the termini is resonably good although this not the most fashionable part of town. nevertheless four star properties like the esedra and grand hotels are nearby. i would stay here again for the value and recommend it for tourists. edkiii.

It was very classy and it gave me the feeling of a Victorian type era. The breakfast was great, the best of any of the hotels I stayed in while in Italy.

This hotel had one of the best continental breakfasts we encountered during our stay at four different hotels in Italy. The lobby was very nice. This was the only hotel we stayed at where the air conditioning was actually on. The bathroom was okay but the shower leaked the last day we were there. The bedroom area was passable - we were booked in a triple room which was a little cramped - looked like it was a double room with an extra bed thrown in.

It was an awesome place to stay in rome. Very fancy.. just like i had imagined before coming to Rome. It was the perfect place to stay in the city. After a long day of sightseeing, i could just come back and lie in my soft bed!The location was great, especially when Italy won the 2006 world cup. I was able to join in the excitement and see the fireworks and the CRAZY traffic. Oh yeah, did i mention its close to colloseum? and there are restaraunts and places to shop nearby. The breakfast had a wide variety. and thats about it
