Du Pantheon, Paris

I chose this hotel because I read some real good reviews about it but what a disappointment this hotel was and no review stated valid points as to why this is not a good hotel so here it is: Rooms: 1- Rooms are unbelievably small. We didn't find space to put our luggage so we had to put it on top of the bed and when we sleep we had to put it in the hall way. 2- Bathroom consists of two small rooms separated by the hall way in between. The toilet room was on the left hand side of the hallway and the shower was on the right hand of the toilet. Even the toilet room was so small to a point you can't close the door while you're in that room. You virtually have to stand on top of the toilet to close the door. 3- The carpet was dirty and the cover sheets were disgusting. 4- We hopped in the elevator to find out that it stopped in between two floors. It was slipping down as well. I voiced my concern that this is dangerous but the representative stated that maintenance is responsible and not him. Customer Service: 1- First night we arrived, we asked for additional towels and here are the exact words of the receptionist "I don't know where they put the towels and I don't think I can give you more than what you have in your room". 2- Breakfast is one of the worst I ever had. Tasteless and very expensive. 3- There were three representatives in there and they all but one treated us like unprofessionally. The very last day I told them that I was unsatisfied with their service and complained and all of the sudden I started seeing a change in the attitude. Location: Great location and close to everything you want to visit in Paris.
