Great Location, Air Conditioning Doesnt Work

Great location, friendly staff (apart from at breakfast when they ignore you and/or tut at you for sitting at the wrong table). But I chose this hotel because it was in the areaI wanted and advertised air conditioning in the rooms. This did nothing to cool the room which was unbearingly & stiflingly hot all night. Opening the window simply allowed in the sound of the trains - going past every 7 seconds and so close you could say 'good morning' to the driver as it went past. So you couldnt sleep at all, either couldnt breathe because of the heat or felt as though you were lying on the station platform with a train going past every few seconds..
Over priced considering sleep was impossible. Good location, no tea/cofee facilities, would recommend holding out for somewhere with air conditioning (Radisson is just across the road) or far enough away from the station so that you can comfortably open the window
