San Juan Airport Hotel, San Juan

It was very clean the People were kind and helpful. They had a nice breakfast and so convenient to airport. Loved the place.

The only thing this Best Western has going for it, is the location If you are over nighting and leaving early Then this is the place If you are spending a few days FIND somewhere else Internet connect was pooooor

I had an overnight stay between different flights on different airlines. The Motel was very convenient and comfortable. I chose to walk around the airport complex for food and drink. The motel bar and food is okay, the free breakfast was great! Ideal as my morning fligh was late, I walked down, checked my bags then went back to my room until flight time. Great set up! Pricey but convenience was worth it.

Is a perfect place to go and stay. I was there beacause American Airlines cancel our flight and the people at the front desk and at the breakfast where great... If i have to make a stop in Puerto Rico again im going to stay there. Thats why is the Best of the Best hotel in Puerto Rico

The hotel staff was nice enough but a bit cold and hard to communicate with, they could have been a bit more helpful when asked such things as "how do we get a taxi". The entrance to the hotel was pretty inconvenient, going down a flight of stairs to get there with all your luggage to get in and carrying it all back up the stairs to get out. During most hours the elevator is unmanned, but for some reason it appeared they had someone there "assisting" (that's a joke) or "guarding" (also a joke) between 9 am and? (we left at 10 am so I assume 9-5pm?)

Thought it was just fine, clean but noisy. I stayed there twice because my flight was so late American Airlines put me up there. I would stay again. Very close to the terminals. Pepole were very helpful.

We got stuck here due to a cancelled flight to St. Lucia on 7/22/05. This place doesn't really accommodate a traveler passing through. Considering it is the hotel in the airport, I would have expected it to be easier to get to from baggage claim, but you must walk a series of ramps (towing your luggage) and then go down a series of steps into the small lobby. Down steps into a lobby with luggage? Almost as much fun as dragging the bags back up the steps after you check out and go back into the airport. There is not a restaurant onsite. You must go back into the airport to the food courts to get a meal. There isn't a "bar" as Americans know it - more like a "hospitality room" with a guy selling you beers and sodas out of a fridge and he can make a cold sandwich if you want one. At 9:00 pm, that is hard to accept. The rooms are small. Really small. And dark. We were exhausted so we did sleep well. The air conditioning was perfectly cold. The room was clean but shabby, and the rest of the hotel showed its age as well. In the shower, the water pressure was just "ok" and the water not reliably hot. We checked out early the next morning with only moderate difficulty at the reception desk. (Confusion over charges to our room) Once we dragged our luggage back up those stairs to the airport entrance, the airline check in counters are right there, so in that respect I guess the location is ok, but its a pain to get there otherwise. Its a place to lay your head, and that is about all its worth in my opinion.
