SAVE YOUR MONEY IM NOT IMPRESSED

Rooms were upgraded, and actually pretty nice compared to some pics we saw online. Food is extremely expensive, and there really aren't options other than overpriced strange food or buffet fried but in a weeks stay never got a delicious meal, all was mediocre, except for Mortons which was excellent. Counln't find any Spanish food at all, no quesadillas, etc. Most of the staff couldnt be bothered with you, we really had to continually ask for things going on, you have to seek what to do yourself. Had to call the maid at least 3 times to get help and rush job to clean the room. Room service actually decent both times we ordered, pool food at Atlantis grill is super over priced, fried foods at $15 and watered down drinks for $10 that didnt even taste good, all while waiting forever to get served. Breakfast 2 adults is $50. Swim up bar, well not exactly swim up you cant get there without walking up some steps and the pools are separated. The beach is not bad, some rocks not fine sand and very steep. It was an ok stay b/c our room was new *but slapsticked together* and weather was good so plenty of swimming but if not I would have been bored to death. Beach & Pool requires you to sign out towels and/or toys and return them, so you always have to keep track of your towles or they will charge you $20 each. Cab rides a total ripoff $20 to Old San Juan each way, and they dont even tell you whre its nice to go in town or at the concierge. Lots of kids but cant find activities. Game room and bathrooms in the scary basement next to locker rooms, not into that at all. To sum it up, ok for lots of swimming with kids bring lots of money for food dont expect to be catered to. Dont say I didnt warn you!
