Downhill

I have been staying at this property since it was a Marriott and it goes downhill every year. It seems as though they spend more time and money on renos than on pleaseing the guests. They will always try to push you to the small, cheap rooms, no matter how much you are paying (I paid US$180 last time). I have been double billed twice and have had to have MasterCard fix it as the hotel admin staff are useless.
They are even chintzing on the room amenities, no more bottled water in the room, you have go downstairs and buy it.
Aside from the check in staff, the bellboys, room service, etc, are very good and helpful.
My advice is, save some money and hassle and go to the Hilton or Holiday Inn. The rooms are better and staff has their act together.
