the experience with the hotel was awesome. the experience with the travel site (good buy) horrendous...when i thought i might have to cancel because of the weather...NO cancellation could be arranged. period. the person on the good buy line was pleasant, but hard to understand...and i couldn't talk with a supervisor. so yes, the westin gets a 5 and i am glad we went...but good buy...what a scam to "make" you keep a reservation...and the price savings wasn't "real" either.
