Holiday Inn Htl Stes Osoyoos, Osoyoos

Wow! That was all I had to say after my stay Holiday Inn and Suites in Osoyoos British Columbia with my wife. I was up in Canada for a brief stay with my wife as a quick vacation. My wife selected it as a place with a great temperature, in comparison to the warm time of year in Mexico, and wow was it great weather! However, the huge pool kept us inside and happy for hours, but the great weather gave us a great view! I can’t recommend this place enough! Check it out and you won’t be sorry!

While visiting from Japan my friend suggested we enjoy some of the best sites in British Columbia. She took me to the Holiday Inn and Suites in Osoyoos and I have to say that the Inn was very impressive in terms of available luxuries and customer service. First, I enjoyed all the amenities available from the pool to the workout room to the room service. The food was delicious, and every person who helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool and gorgeous view set the Inn apart from other, but the service made me want to come back.

I along with my wife visited Osoyoos in January. We wanted to have a break from our work. One of my friend recommended this hotel to me. This hotel has got beautiful location. We arrived at 1PM at the hotel and we were surprised to see that they accommodated us immediately despite of fact that normal check in time is 4 PM. On entering the room, we saw that everything was perfect. In our entire stay for three days i was very much impressed by the services. I would specially like to comment about the Holiday inn Osoyoos Staff. They are very friendly and since it's a vacation resort I feel this is very important and adds to our pleasure of the stay. Every staff member who passes you acknowledges you in a pleasant way. I also want to mention two men in particular on the Maintenance Staff. They are exceptional. In my career I watch and judge a huge amount of employees on their work ethic and performance. These two men are always working. They are diligent and do not cut corners even though they are not being supervised. The beach and recreational area are cleaned so well each morning. I'm embarrassed that the other hotel guests leave such a mess behind for these fellows to take care of but they certainly do so without a complaint. I'm sorry that I did not record their names but I notice both of them upon each stay and so do the people that stay along with me. They are always moving fast and efficiently. I don't want to be forward and stare at their name badges to make them uncomfortable. I think one Gentleman's name is something like Milan? He is a mature Caucasian man with a grey moustache and the other gentleman is of Indian decent and I believe that he mostly works afternoon/night shift. We have noticed him at later hours. I would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Osoyoos.

Hate the changes, construction in the middle of peak season. Where was the thought on that? Use to love it. Now not so much.

We just spent a night at the Osoyoos Holiday Inn, and we were very pleased with our stay. The help was all very pleasant, and the Manager, Don Brogan, was more than helpful. We ejoyed the room (with a great view!) and also the lovely pool & hot tub. Everything was just first class. So thank you for the nice prize we won, we will certainly recommend your hotel to others.
