Royal Anne Hotel, Kelowna

We stayed in the executive suite for 9 nights. It was a very quiet and picturesque stay , the breakfeast is very good, with staff that enjoys refilling it (unlike many other hotels that we have stayed in, that can't wait for the bkfst hour to expire, so the food can be removed) till the last minute.The king bed was a bit lumpy, the heater not so effective (suite is quite large) , and the carpet a bit worn out. The gym was adequate, clean, and rarely used. Parking is underground, tight and limited to vehicles below 6' in height, though the hotel has a monitored lot on its property behind the building. All that is missing is a jacuzzi suite, and flat screen tvs. Overall, the Royal Anne is unbeatable in value for its location, staff, and if you get a room overlooking the bay, you'll know what I mean. I will stay in it again if I visit Kelowna.
