Manteo Resort Waterfront Hotel, Kelowna

I went to Manteo Resort Upper Lounge for a Wedding Rehearsal dinner After I parked my vehicle at the Manteo Resort parking stall, I asked manteo parking patrol a direction to Manteo Resort Upper Lounge and asked if can I parked in the lot, he replied “YES”. I back to Manteo Resort for the wedding ceremony that night & noticed the ticket on the windshield, so I back to the front desk & spoke with the lady who deal with the parking issue, I explained to her how I parked there & did told her that I asked one of the red-t-shirt employee after I parked there. Her responded was “all parking stall is not for any guess who come for wedding dinner and/or wedding rehearsal and there is nothing else she can do”, she said that its a third party doing the ticket, she won’t even try to help to resolve the problem. There is not a sign said all parking is not for wedding guess, the Parking patrol employee (RED T-shirt) should have told me about this when I asked him if I can parked there BUT he did not. The Manteo Resort employee did not tell us parking stall is not for any of wedding party function when I parked there. Manteo Resort should told the customer about the parking arrangement when they book for the wedding function at the Manteo Resort. Manteo Resort should have a sign at each of the front door so that no more guess get ding with this.

Rooms were exceptional. European style bedding was particularly enjoyable as my husband was recovering from an operation. Location was perfect - on the lake, yet convenient and quiet.

The location was perfect, great weather during the day, beautiful sunsets. Very good food and attentive service. The room was nicely decorated and the beds were wonderful. This was our first time in Kelowna, but certainly not our last. The Manteo is a perfect home base for your visit.
