We will never stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!

The rooms are disgusting. We were told we were upgraded to a newly decorated room. What a joke, it was an outright lie. The carpet was old and dirty, There was no dresser or mirror in room, no luggage seat, the tv is old and small, the bathtub plug wouldn't work so we couldn't take a bath, no fridge or micorwave, old dirty hideabed couch. My advise to everyone -- don't waste your money on this one.

Will never never go back!

We found the whole place to be extremely dirty and worn for the price they were asking. The restaurant was a accident waiting to happen with the worn carpet! The restaurant manager was lazy and rude to her staff she actually made very crude comment about her staff to other staff in front of customers! The food was average and not worth the price. The Lounge had some great potential with the attrium and some great live music that was unfortunately drowned out by the pool noise. The drinks were way over priced as well. I will never stay there again and I will never recommend it to anyone I know that I like.

Never Again, mismanaged hotel

Check in Time was 4 pm, we arrived at 2:30pm and were told the room still had to be cleaned. No problem, we were early. At 4 pm, we got teh same information. We had to wait 1 hour to get in our room with tired kids. I spent an hour listening to other people complain about similar problems (there is someone else staying in this room, etc...) Very mismanaged hotel. Call it labour shortage, lack of supervision, whatever. This is not rocket science. 1 + 1 = 2

Never Again

We stayed at the Lethbridge Lodge for one night in late March and will not stay there again anytime soon. We booked a room which allowed pets and while we have come to expect that such rooms may be slightly below par, this was far below anything we had expected for the price we paid. The furniture was chipped and worn, there was a hole in the bathroom door and stains on the wall. When we checked in, the staff at the front desk were very unfriendly and seemed annoyed we were bothering them to check in. My advice is to check other Lethbridge hotels before staying here - you definitely do not get what you pay for at this hotel.

Great staff, Awesome atmosphere!

We checked into the Lodge on Spring Break and thoroughly enjoyed the tropical garden in the Courtyard. The have a great cocktail lounge in the Courtyard with a fabulous drink menu. Room was nice, and had a small balcony that looked out over the garden. Staff was accommodating, offering us a complimentary upgrade with their spring special. Great place to stay in Lethbridge.

Would stay elsewhere next time

Pool and atrium were a delight at the beginning of Feb. However, room was small and not very clean. Very noisy with balcony onto pool area until midnight. Strange knocks at door around 11 P.M. and noisy in hallway outside room until late. Restaurant food was great with great service.

My bros wedding

My brother recently had his wedding at the Lethbridge Lodge. The have a beautiful atrium that we used as a background for his pictures and they all turned out lovely. They even let us book a time so no one else could do their pictures at that same time!! There were a few people walking by but that is to be expected anywhere you take a photo. Luckily none of these people ended up in our pictures!!!hehe The food at the reception was delightful. They had servers deliver the food out to us so none of that annoying buffett lines. They did everything for the bride and groom even cut the cake for the midnight lunch so we did not have to worry about it. Most stress free wedding i have ever been too because the banquets staff did it all for us. prices were a little high but better value that the other hotels they looked at in town.

GREAT HOSPITALITY!!

Nice Staff, Gorgeous courtyard. They have a lounge in the courtyard with live music. It was a fabulous way to relax after a long day of traveling. Would highly reccomend this hotel to any one traveling to Lethbridge. Also we found a great bar around the corner from the hotel called Essies. Has a very country feel for it. We walked in and saw all age groups having fun together.

Guest Rooms need to be renovated. Nice hotel, but rooms are tired and dirty oh and there was mold in the bathroom. Several of our friends stayed at the hotel and there rooms where the same

This is interesting that others had the same problem I had. It really is too bad that the staff are not equipped with any authority to solve problems. We had a problem and were told that "it wasn't really that bad, and this was one of the good rooms."
