Econo Lodge Inn and Suites, Drumheller

1. The air conditioner in our room was broken and I had to replace it at 10:00 pm. 2. No spa or whirlpools as stated in description. 3. No fitted sheets on the bed. 4. On the second night we could only get 1 face cloth. 5. The daily cleaning did not occur as they had no one to do it. 6. The continental breakfast was served in the makeshift office that they had set up in an actual hotel room. 7. The stair handrail up to our room was not properly fastened to the stairs. 8. They had a painter delivering towels the morning we were leaving. After having to change the air conditioner we phoned other hotels in the area but there were no vacancies. If our 4 kids had not been so excited about our trip we would have packed up and left the same night we had checked in. Even after all of this there was not even a discount offered to us just excuses about the shortage of employees.
