WOW where did you get the money! renovations at Crowne Plaza are done and fabulous! Lobby is very attractive. My room was very clean and your staff exceptionally helpful and friendly! THANK YOU

Great deal

This was a great deal for a very nice hotel. I paid approximately $72 for a room through Hotwire and could not have been more pleased. This was a nice hotel with an indoor swimming pool. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, this hotel is located right off I-90/94 with easy on and off access. And, located near many fast food venues. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Experience

I used Hotwire and got my room for $72.00 and I couldn't ask for a better experience for my money. The location is good, as it is right across from the mall and plenty of food. One problem was that my room was really hot, and my window faced into the lobby... not to the outside. I called them asked if they could do anything about it. They immediately switched my room, sent up a Security Guard to deliver my new keys and carry my bags, and gave me a gift card for complimentary breakfast buffet ($12.00 value) in the morning. I was very happy with it, over all.

The hospitality of the management and staff are exceptional! The beds are wonderful!!! Our family has stayed there numerous times and will absolutely visit Crowne Plaza again! Thank you!

Loved It

We loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was kind and helpful. The children enjoyed the pool and game room. As for the person who couldn't get a room at 1:30, I'd say its not surprising considering check in is at 4:00pm. Although we did call the hotel at 2:00pm and they had a room ready for us. We found coupons for the hotel on roomsaver.com so we only paid $70 a night. They do not have a free breakfast, which some may not like. Although it looked like most of the people staying were there on business and on a company tab. There is a McDonald's next door if you want a cheap breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very Good Hotel for Price

Service was excellent. Staff friendly, demonstrated concern for customers' needs and comfort. Location convient (near shopping for my wife, and I had no trouble getting to Convention Center for my meetings). Some people were upset pool wasn't open but that wasn't hotel's fault. Resturant, fitness center internet facilities convient. Overall our experience was outstanding. I will recommend hotel to others.

poor check in expierence

It was clean comfortable, and had a few extra's. Only problem was we got there at 1:30 and was told there was no clean rooms please come back at 3:00. Well we took the bags back to the car, and showed up much later we had things to do. We were then given a room no problem. This has only happened twice to me, and I don't care for it.
