In short: We were lied to. We called to make a reservation--large room by the pool--to rent 4-5 tables as we wanted to have our daughters graduation party there. The girl said no problem. SO we were all set for my daughters party--food , decoration--etc. Invitations sent out and RSV's. I called the hotel on Thursday, Noonish, to ask if we could rent 2 more tables and I was told--they don't allow people to bring in their own food or rent tables. So here we were--48 hours before the party that was to take place at their hotel , and told that I couldn't have the party there unless I rented their banquet room and ordered their food. They said that the girl that took my reservation was a new employee!! I feel that she should not have been answering the phone and taking reservations if she didn't know what she was doing and didn't know her employers policies.Needless to say we were shocked--very upset., The menu they offered was all finger foods and VERY expensive. We ended up paying over $10.00 a person for just finger foods. Paid over $200. for a room that we never would have rented if we didn't want somewhere to put our food for the party. WE got RIPPED off. My daughter's H.S. graduation party was totaly not what she wanted.The head person we spoke to was very rude. I would never recomend this hotel to anyone. Every person that attended knows the story and we are letting everyone know about it. I must say that the food was OK--Oh and the banquet room we rented--air conditioner didn't work--90 degrees outside-our guests drank a lot of ( bottled water) and soda--at our expense, of course, to cool off. They ruined my daughter's party and we can never change that. We just have to deal with the raw deal we got and remember the lesson we learned. Never believe what an establishment tell you unless you have it in writing and sign a contract.

upon our arrival we were greeted by a lot of happy faces and very nice people, we thought that the staff,food,and rooms were some of the best we every had! but above all! the general manager was the most professionally manager we had every came across, bar none!..we had a small problem that we needed help with,and as soon as the GM caught word of it, it was like it it never happened!..i would like to commend this young man,his name is,i believe Harvey?..i would just like to say THANK YOU HARVEY! for making our stay the very best we had every had...we will come back! again thank you, FRANK AND ELLEN from NEW YORK...

We came to a wedding reception here and wouldn't miss the day for nothing but would never come back here again. More than five of the guest that had rooms here had no air conditioning! Guests were very upset. They had no other rooms to put them in so pretty much there were a lot of unhappy guests!! The staff was very rude. Some people were outside after bar time and the staff didn't come and talk to them but just called the cops how unprofessional. The staff told the cops she just wanted them inside. People came in and went by there rooms and this was about 20 mins latter here comes the cops again. Cop was fusterated too. Now she wanted them to go in there room. Staff again didn't tell them but called the cops instead. The guests were being very quiet in the halls. Cop just told them I know your not doing anything wrong but she just wants u in your rooms. Guests could not sit and watch tv at night in the front room. The only one thing that was good was the food. If you want a good wedding reception do not come here!!!

I liked staying the 2 nites my family and I did . We had alot of fun and the workers was very nice and went out of there way to help if we need them .

I read the reviews before I booked my reservation and now I have to put my own review in so people can have an honest view of the place. First, the breakfast was very nicely done and the pool and lounge area was nice. Those were the only good things. The weekend we were there the temperatures were in the mid 90s and our air conditioner was not even close to adequate. We did get the fan we asked for so at least we had air movement. We know the air worked in other rooms, but got no reasonable answer as to why ours did not work. The hotel was booked so we could not be moved. The housekeeping person we spoke to did not understand English so our room did not get made up or cleaned when we asked to have it done...we were lucky to be able to get a set of clean towels. I would have a very hard time recommending this hotel to anyone.
