Holiday Inn Harborview, Port Washington

We loved the area. The hotel is right on the water. The rooms were small but adequate. They were clean and quite comfortable. The staff was cheerful. The Harbour was so pretty. The downtown shops were cute. There were alot of good resturaunts. The hotel pool was clean and kept long hours. I think it was open to 11pm. Get out early and watch the fishing charters come in. You can take a walk way out to a light house. We had a 2 year old with us who loved running arround the pretty park.

My family has stayed here twice, and will be staying again in May. We feel in love with Port Washington and the Harborside! Best rooms are with a view of the lake, and the corner suits on the top floors! Can't waite for May. Also hope they still have the wonderful skillet breakfest with the fresh squeezed oj.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn Harborview. We had a lakeview room that was great to watch the sunset and watch the boats. Hotel staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We cant wait to come back!!

Our stay was over Valentine's Day weekend. There was a middle school basketball tournament in town and kids were all over the place. This was not a problem, however. The hotel staff (and chaperones) did a great job keeping the "troops" in line. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The location is just a block off Lake Michigan and the downtown area is easily accessible. If I were in that area again, I would stay at this property.

I love this place. It was relaxing! I went last year and I will be going every year in November. The food is GREAT!!!! The service is GREAT!!!

They had limited space availiable at the time, and the type of room I wanted was booked, but the manager went above and beyond to still get me a suite with a great view. I felt like I got way more room for what I was spending, and the view was beautiful out to Lake Mighigan. This is a great town for a romantic getaway or for you sporting fisherman. My wife and I walked the lakefront, had an excellent dinner at a great local italian restaurant, enjoyed drinks together at one of the local bars, and slept comfortably that night in our wonderful suite. I'm more than convinced to go there every year and stay much longer next time.
