Quality Inn and Suites Green Bay, Green Bay

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites passing through on the way to Door County. I loved everything about the stay. The staff was friendly. Our room was awesome, had a great view of the Fox River. We really enjoyed walking along the trail, that's basically across the street, watching the pelicans fly around. We decided the downtown area is the best "secret" getaway in town. We loved the old churches and buildings, restaurants and bars within walking distance, not to mention Victoria's Italian restaurant which is in the hotel itself. It's a good thing there was a fridge in the room is all I can say. (They give you such HUGE portions of food.) I'd recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful hotel. Very new, updated last year. Staff and managment is friendly and welcomes you when you walk in the door. Desk staff will do everything to make you happy with your stay. They have a little convenience store that is open 24 hours. We bought a frozen pizza and used their pizza oven. They have games, beverages, and lots of goodies. The pool area looks a little old but is so nice they don't have to update it much. The kids loved the game room because it has a variety of games to play. We stayed in a room in the pool area... the noise was gone by 10 p.m. when they kick the kids out for adult's only swim. The security officer was friendly and good with children. Gave us a better since of security being our home away from home that night. We didn't get to venture out at night but there are many bars and restaurants open within the area. They have an onsite restaurant called Victoria's Italian Restaurant but it was being remodeled when we were there so we didn't get to eat there. Looks great inside! Overall, wonderful stay and WILL be back.

My family stayed in one of the suites near the pool area. Great room for the price! Large living room, kitchen area which is completely seperated from the bedroom area. Very clean. Our only disappointment was the hotel's in room internet connection systems had been damaged by lightning during a thunderstorm a few days before we arrived. Since my son was taking on line college classes during our trip, the staff was able to help him set up an internet connection near the front desk. We were very appreciative of their help.

The food was great but it took an hour and a half to get cheese curds and 2 chicken sandwiches. I liked the rooms they were clean and the desk people were very helpful.

Great Packers Weekend at Washington Street Inn. Fun stuff for Kids with rec center and pool area. Good workout equipment and quick trip to Lambeau!
