Inn & Spa at Berkeley Springs, Berkeley Springs

The reservation process was nasty. And, the guy hung up the phone on me when he realized i wanted the other spa.

The front desk seem to have been trained at the policy academy. I've rarely encountered such rudeness. Pity, this used to be quite a nice place

It is under new management. The entire staff is disorganized and rude. The reservation desk actually hung up the phone when we attempted to confirm a reservation.

When you check out they give you all kinds of fees. Everyone that was checking out at the same time as us had them. They were like huge fees and they were not willing to take them off so they ended up just charging our card. I guess there's nothing I can do about it now but just know that you will end up paying a lot more than you thought if you stay here!

I loved the quaintness about the Inn, the service was excellent and rooms very clean. The hotel is full of history. Good food and good service at the American cafe. I especially enjoyed the Spa, very clean and very good service. My time at this Inn was a real treat. I don't have any dislikes about this place. Looking forward to visiting again. Will highly recommend the Inn and Spa at Berkeley Springs, WV.
