Don't stay here

I booked a king suite($374.00 for two nights) via priceline almost a month in advance. Upon arrival I was told they were overbooked and all they had available were smoking double bed rooms. Now, priceline showed hotels in Morgantown which were booked and this was not one of them, so I booked it. The lady working the desk was not very nice and asked me if I wanted to go somewhere else, knowing I wouldn't find a room at 11:30pm, Friday, on a game weekend. I stated that I booked almost a month in advance, was very disappointed and would like the room I booked. She responded in a condescending tone, "Well, what do want me to do?" At that point I settled for the smoking room. They said it's been renovated on the website. The first thing I noticed upon entering my room was the renovations must have been completed in the 70's, as the ceiling finish was peeling off and the entire room itself was a flashback to the 70's/80's. I took a DVD player to watch a movie or two, but the TV was so old it had no RCA jacks. Furthermore the picture was so fuzzy, it was hard to watch the TV anyway. The hair dryer did not work, there was an iron, but no ironing board. The bed sheets and curtains were dirty - pillows smelled. The bathroom had not been updated since the hotel was built, I'm sure of. The shower curtain was dirty and there were two half used rolls of toilet paper-one sitting on the back of the toilet. There was little to no pressure in the shower. There was a table in the room, but no chairs. It was nearly impossible to get any sleep as we could hear everything going on outside our door, from people walking/partying/etc. to cars passing by, doors slamming, etc. The vending room, which is in another building, consists of an ice machine, only. Upon checking out, I informed the manager of my displeasure of having to settle with the smoking room. He stated(very snooty attitude) that he had a conversation with priceline about this and they continued to overbook. I informed him there were many hotels online that priceline DID show as being booked and this particular hotel was not one of them. At that point he threw his right arm up in the air and said, "I'm not arguing." I asked him another question concerning what I would be billed, and he told me, "Have a nice day, sir" then proceeded to ignore me. At that point, another woman working the desk proceeded to help me, answered my questions concerning what I would be billed(she was very nice) and I left. I will say this hotel does have a very good breakfast, however I would recommend sleeping in your car and going to Ihop for breakfast, before staying here. Edit(11/16) I recieved a reciept upon leaving for 283.92 and the girl at the front desk verified that is what I would be billed. A week and a half later, I have yet to see the refund from Priceline. Priceline then informed me that, according to the hotel, the room I got($283) was more expensive than the room I booked($374).....even though I have a reciept stating I should be billed $283. Needless to say I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau(BBB). If you choose this place, good luck.
