Not Bad For The Price

If your visiting Parkersburg, be sure to check out the Parkersburg Inn. With easy acces to Rt.50, I77, and many attractions within a few miles of its location, you can't hardly pass this place up. Rates are fantastic - at $42.00 per night - a steel compaired to other local inns or motels in the area. There are lots of updates to the hotel in the last year - most of the rooms have been updated, and several now inclued mini fridges and microwaves in the room! Great visit!

Desk personnel were considerate, knowledgeable about the area, and gave good directions to local attractions. Rooms were average in size/ammenities and cleanliness. The pool is a nice size and has lots of room to sun. The location was quite convenient to I-77 and destinations in Parkersburg, WV, Marietta, OH and surrounding areas. My husband and I were pleased to find such a gem nestled in the hills of WV. We were just passing through, but are considering coming back on another vacation. One suggestion we might make: updating the rooms a bit--it is a little dated. We did appreciate the coffee maker and iron/ironing board, though.
