Perfect Night!
By Ange, 5/11/13
Had a great room and the view outside was spectacular! The desk made us feel welcome and we talked to them everytime we left the hotel. Only thing i would suggest is booking this at SweetHotelDeals. Net

Great 3 night stay
By don_rhonda, 8/24/09
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great deal with being on the airporter transport route. We hit pavement every am and did not get back until near bedtime, taking advantage of the pool only once. Enjoyed several meals at The Margeuax in The Warwick. The room was average/nice but with a smaller than usual bathroom and low flow shower.

Will Not Return:
By Nancy, 2/10/09
My best friend and I arrived at the Warwick Hotel, hoping to walk into a grand old fashion hotel, boy were we wrong! The girl at the front desk told me, they didn't know if they were going to be able to honor my reservation. I manage to get that problem solved and then come to find out, my best friends room will not ready for another 1 to 2 hours. Umm, hello? I requested an early check-in?!? Finally get to our rooms, and my room smells like a chinese buffet. Bad, bad odor, still to this day, I have no idea, what or where that smell was coming from. Bed was very comfy, and the room service was great. Room size, was very, very small. The location is wonderful and the view is incredible, I was able to get some beautiful shots of Seattle. My best friend had a full view of the Space Needle from her room. There was a great, great deli right across the street, they had insane, pizza and pasta! Reminded me a lot of home. :) I love Seattle so much, one of my favorite cities in the world, but next time I go, I will NOT being staying at the Warkwick Hotel...

We love the Warwick.
By linda, 4/11/08
We have family in Seattle and always choose the Warwick when we visit-- which is often. We always feel as if we're "coming home" when we stay there. Location, views, great breakfasts, and a great price. The little market across the street is helpful too. We accommodated our out-of-town wedding guests at the Warwick, and they gave us a great deal.

Never again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/5/08
We stayed here 4 years ago for a week and loved it.2 years ago (again a week), we found the staff to have a bit of an attitude, but thought maybe we got off on the wrong foot. Tried again this year. In spite of a promised early check in (and our train made us 3 hours late!), our room was not ready. We were "upgraded" to a room with cornchecks (the cereal) on the floor, a lamp that was broken and a lamp that didn't have the knob to turn it on, ceiling tiles in the bathroom that looked like they might fall down, and a coffemaker that spilled water all over. The carpeting on the floor was so stained that we did not want to take our shoes off. They also said that they had taken delivery of a package I had sent there, but then could not find it. (Turned out they hadn't yet received it).We then asked asked to be moved to another room the next day, which they said they would do, but by morning we decided we just wanted out (though it was Christmas Eve morning). We were lucky to find a wonderful hotel (Crowne Plaza) with excellent rooms and staff for only a few dollars more that morning. We will never consider the Warwick again, sadly because it used to nice and a good value.

Highly Recommend!
By Erin, 6/2/07
The Warwick is the last hotel on the Airporter Shuttle route and I was let off right outside the door. I didn't have a car, so I don't know how much parking costs. After checking in, I was able to run across the street to a great little store for snacks. On my way back in, I mentioned that I didn't have any view at all (they had construction going on on one side). They moved me to another room, upgraded me to a Junior Suite, and gave me a free breakfast for my inconvenience! I couldn't see the Space Needle, but my new room had a great view of downtown. I was within walking distance to shopping, the monorail, the waterfront, Pike Place Market, and tons of cool restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. My room was clean and despite reading that you could hear people in other rooms, I didn't hear a thing. Room service made a recommendation for breakfast and it was delicious! I had several questions and they answered them all with no problems, gave directions, and even had the engineering staff help me when my purse suddenly broke! The only drawbacks were 1)The balcony door was a bit difficult to open 2) There was a crack in the sink that had been patched and 3)They lowered the ceilings in the bathroom with some kind of Vinyl and people have poked holes in it so it looks a bit odd. Even considering this, the Warwick was definitely a good value!

One of the best hotels...
By Nahrin, 11/27/06
My husband and I have always had a great stay at the Warwick. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. We often get cheaper rates then published! Our room is always on the top two or three floors, and always has an amazing view of the space needle. I highly recommend this hotel to any guest visiting Seattle!

Cheap for a reason
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/27/06
The wireless wasn't working when I checked in, the phone by the bed wasn't working, the view from my balcony was the cigarette butts on the ledge of the 5th floor of the parking garage, the walls were too thin, and I couldn't completely close the sliding door on the patio so the room was cold. But it was cheap.

I can see the space needle from my room
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/31/06
I was happy with this hotel, a relatively inexpensive chance to stay at a nice hotel. The hotel bar, complete with friendly bartenders, was a nice respite from long days of tourist activities. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also excellent. The hotel's location is perfect. We walked to nearly any destination we wanted --Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Belltown-- although we could have used the hotel shuttle service if we had preferred. Things to keep in mind: 1)with a great location, it's important to remember you are still in the middle of a city. Some of the areas around can get a little shady at night. 2) the business center costs money ($5 for 15 minutes or $15/hour) so if you want to get on the internet, plan for that. (They also have wireless access available for a fee.) Overall, I had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again.

doesn't honor reservation's price
By Ken, 11/18/05
Made a reservation using the 50% Entertainment book discount (mentioned at time of reservation) and when we went to check in, they said they haven't honored that for weeks. So we cancelled the room before we found out that there was a huge convention in town that took over all the hotels in the area, and we had to cut our vacation short. The Warwick apparently thinks a few bucks (from milking conventioneers) is worth ticking off a few Entertainment book users. Definitely not 3 star material to me...pretty sleazy IMHO.
