We DID go back again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/5/11
Our experience was extremely pleasant. We stayed one night and due to circumstances on our return flight, we CHOSE to stay there AGAIN!! What a nice place. Staff was courteous and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was kept tidy and neat. Both times staff was present to keep food filled and to greet the guests. The price was very affordable. The area of town is quite decent. It's close to shopping, easy freeway access, and only about 20 minutes to the airport (during non-peak traffic). For the second stay, we had a room on the ground floor which was equally as nice as the previous one. I certainly will tell others to stay at Ramada Spokane Valley.

Ick!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/3/10
This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpets were not vacuumed, kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty and sticky and there was a pile of cigarette butts left in the non-smoking room. The kitchen that was represented as a "full kitchen" didn't have even a fork in it and the bathroom was filthy. This is by far the most horrible hotel/motel experience we have ever had.

Enjoyed our stay!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/18/09
Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they found a room for us right away. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lobby was inviting and well kept. Close to all the shopping malls and restaurants. The breakfast was about the same you find anywhere you stay except that the coffee was awful. I would recommend this place to others and would stay there again. Kelowna, BC Canada

KEEP DRIVING!! This place is scary!!
The hotel was totally misrepresented by Hotwire as a 'high quality' location- great place to stay. The property was frightening... The neighborhood was scary at night. The hotel was dirty and the staff seemed preoccupied with other personal matters. After seeing all of this, we got back in our car and drove to a safe neighborhood and a great Best Western experience... Best advice: do not stay here!! Watch out for Hotwire deals: buyer beware!!

GREAT HOTEL!! A++++
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/22/08
I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone in search of a great price and clean rooms. The staff is outstanding. I find everytime that i stay with them they always go above and beyond. Rooms Meticulously clean and neat. Great breakfast. They serve biscuits and gravy, waffles, french toast and eggs! It cant get much better than that. and if that wont win you over their freshly baked cookies every evening surely will! Nothing but good things to report. Please dont let the previous post detour you from staying. You deffinently will not regret it.

Good value
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/30/07
Good value and location. We have stayed there a number of times. The maintenance is sadly lacking and the rooms need to be updated and maintained properly. Our bed had a base of 2x6 boards stood on the side which fell during the night.

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/17/07
This place is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at! Some of the rooms were in an apartment building that smelled like smoke and the staff was not very nice!!! The breakfast was days old and the pool was frezzing and just down right bad! The beds were hard and the bathroom was dirty! I will NOT return!

Good stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/20/07
We travel to Spokane twice a year and always have stayed here. We found that the staff was so friendly and our rooms have always been clean. Only once, in the suites, where there used to be smoking we found our room was not cleaned, fridge, stove, (whole kitchen) was not cleaned. We reported our dissatisfaction and they did everything to make us comfortable including a free night for the inconvenience. The breakfast is all that anyone would want and the biscuits and gravey are the best.

Clean and Comfortable
By Chitra, 9/3/07
I do not agree with the other two reviews. Maybe they just had a really bad experience. We stayed there over the Labor day weekend(2007) and it was a fairly decent hotel. I was scared about staying here after reading these two reviews, but we found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and nice friendly staff. The breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and comfy, clean towels and free cookies in lobby! :) We paid $71 per nite and i think it was worth the money.

NEVER AGAIN!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/24/07
This place is a travelers worst nightmare! The place was disgustingly dirty. The worn out carpet in our room had not even been vacuumed. There were ashes from the fire place all over the hearth. The place smelled awful like smoke, although our room was "non-smoking". The place is so out dated and run down. Holes in the walls. There were no light bulbs intwo of the lamps. No moicrowave in the out dated filthy kitchen. This was supposed to be a suite? There was no airconditioner in the bedroom. I can not believe that this place is still allowed to opperate. All advertisements about this place were false. This was a horrible experience!!!
