This place is horrible!

..The service has been the worst I've ever experienced. In the first room the toilet started leaking all over the floor. They told us they would send up extra blankets and after 2 hours and multiple calls they still didn't bring them. It seemed clean enough but after one jerky ri.de in the elevator we decided to stick to the stairs. I will never return. We got a cheap rate but we didn't even get what we paid for

Awful

One of the all-time worst hotels I've stayed at in the 46 years of my life. The place was dark, dank, and smelly. The staff was friendly enough, but the amenities, upkeep and cleanliness were substandard. Never again will I stay at a Red Roof Inn. Disgusting and rip-off sums it up ($106).

Don,t Stay Here.

What ever you do don,t mix this place up with the Red Lion (A 1st class hotel)I believe the best word to describe this place would be "DUMP". Musty smelling! Very run down with ripped leno in the bathroom. The staff I encounted were not helpful.Don,t plan to watch a movie...The system doesn,t work!They advertise a free shuttle.BEWARE it cost $40.00 to go from there to the cruise ship dock 15 min away. It is our fault for not varifying that first. Had I known we could have taken a cab for $29.00 which is what it cost to get back to the airport from downtown. If you are taking a cruise...do yourself a favor stay st La Quinta Suites or the Moore Hotel.They are more centrally located and you can explore Pikes Place Market.This was our first time in Seattle and I thought staying at a hotel 3min from the airport was a good idea.

Stay Anywhere Else!

This was by far the dirtiest, smelliest, most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. When entering the room the smell of mold was noxious. The wallpaper was coming off of the walls. We were only there from 7 p.m. at night to 6 a.m. the next day and I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

motel was not clean, not told about continental breakfast, was told no soap available until next day, not planning on going back to another Red Roof Inn after this experience--had never stayed in one before

Never Again

We stayed at this property for one night in mid-July and we will never stay with them again. To begin with we had a non-smoking room but you could have fooled me and the elevator and halls were dirty. Our vehicle was broken into and shoes worth several hundred dollars were stolen. We were not made aware that there have been several vehicle breakins in the area and the Company refuses to reimburse us for our loss or the damage to our vehicle. There are no signs posted anywhere and we were told by their Coporate head quarters that they do not consider the area a high risk area.

huge room for the low price. convenient location. free van to airport. plenty of parking. very clean. friendly staff. do need a car to drive to surrounding attractions.
