Ramada outside of Richmond

This hotel had a relatively clean room, that's all I can say for it. I spent my first night, the pool was not open, it was being cleaned, supposedly to open on Memorial day. It never did open and it was in the high 80s the whole time I was there. The second night, I arrived back at my room at 8:00pm and the key didn't work. When I got it fixed by the front desk, I discovered there was someone else in the room. I went back to the desk and they thought I had checked out, which I had not done. They couldn't seem to find where I had paid for two nights but gave me another room. This room wasn't as clean and the tv would not work with the remote. I gave up, went to sleep and was awakened at midnight by a new front desk clerk who had no idea who was in the room. She couldn't seem to find me in her computer and as I groggily asked her why she was calling at midnight, she finally found the reservation. The breakfast was terrible, don't count on much and it's in their restaurant that is dirty and deserted from the nights before activities. Unless you just want a cheaper stay, I do not recommend this place.
