Greeted by friendly staff who makes you feel welcome. Clean room and everywhere else. Staff is very accommodating and flexible with requests. Wish the hotel restaurant was open longer because everything is a drive not within walking distance. Have stayed her several times before & will return again.

We have not stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was only for one night and we were without children. I guess this made it tolerable. First of all, the Managers we dealt with at the time of our visit were less than helpful and less than ethical. Awful. They manipulated reservations and we actually heard them calling other hotels because they errored and overbooked their rooms...only to find out persons in our party were told they had "cancelled" their reservation. How convenient. The pool opens at 5:00 pm and is open until 10:00 pm. When you have children this does NOT work. There was only 1 elevator in service while we were there....for 10 + floors? There were long waits. The room was less than adequate in size...oh, and did we mention that we had items stolen out of our room? I would not recommend this hotel. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

What more can you want, clean room, comfortable, great price. If you want to be pampered and have an elegant room, go somewhere else and pay more. Here right now with family, wife and three young girls. I feel safe, they are comfortable and only problem was not enough towels, corrected with a quick call. Yes, it is on I395, but I can't hear it. Yes the A/C is not central, but works very well. Was worried after reasding other reviews on many sites, but glad we stayed. Saved over $60 a night compared to other places, used that money to eat better and enjoy or mini-vacation. Shuttle to metro and from there you can get to almost anywhere in DC area. Mini mall across the street, decent pizza and small grocery store. Provided everything we needed for a family of 5. Good prices also. Free wireless internet ($10 a night in the more expensive places). We had free breakfast, which was great. Buffet is OK, decent selection with omlet station. service slow, but it is a buffet.

The aircondition is too loud and I coundn't sleep. The curtain is wide open and cannot be shut when you sleep at night. It looks like when I sleep in front of a light bulb. Guess service is excellent! Room is okay!

The hotel was nice; about a half step higher than I thought it would be. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems were that ocassionally we had long waits for the Metro shuttle, and a couple of times it was full so we had to wait for it to return. Also, breakfast was very good, but a bit high in price. Overall, a good experience.

i like, .rooms to be cleened. .girls for room services. .spreed sheets and covers to be new for first night then to be cleened only. .soft egiptian made drinks.Rooms has to be cleened .cleening the rooms only one time in the morning. .medical services in case of need. quite area. and nearby a shopping center. - not alckohol drinks. - not distrubing guests at any time.
