Good location
First of all the lady who checked us in was very sweet, but considering the prices the hotel charges when there are races scheduled you would think they would try to be a little more accomodating, I'm a busines owner as well, and what you need to do to get customers back again is to cater to the customer & give them the best service, when beds aren't made, and the employees have all day to do this, since you spend the majority of the day at the track, I find it unacceptable. We won't be returning again. Live & learn!!!!
