Econo Lodge Near Fredericksburg Battlefield, Fredericksburg

The only thing this hotel room was missing was a chalk outline to complete the experience. Lets put it this way, we checked in and within minutes, checked out. The room was worse than you can imagine. The room smelled like a giant litter box, the toilet ran, the air didn't work, and the beds were indescribely rancid. Sleeping in the park would have been safer and preferable.

Upon Check-in Ashley was very helpful with directions to places to have dinner. When we got to our room the air was already on so the room was nice and cool and very clean. Enjoyed a dip in the pool. The breakfast was a nice treat. I will Definitely tell friends and family that they should stay there.

I must say that the staff was wonderful and very professional. The manager Kathryn Sanders was extremely helpful with all my needs. She was wonderful and most pleasant. The prices were great and the breakfast was great surprise, not just donuts and coffee. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE!!

This hotel was not up to standard at all. The room was filthy and the bathroom had alot of mold. It was disgusting. Pay alittle more and stay somewhere else.

Upon arrival to check in, we were ignored by a female manager who continued her personal cell phone call rather than help us. Our room was appauling. Upon entering, we noticed spiderwebs in all ceiling corners, mud caked on the floor by the door, dirt and debris swept into the floor corners, bugs smashed on the walls, a shower head (which we didn't noticed until the next day) that we both had to kneel down to get under, and a running toilet. The remarks of the staff were extremely unprofessional. By this, I mean, the comments I heard were those you may think, but never dare to say out loud. The only thing good about the place is that the bed sheets are clean, and I was truly surprised to even see that much. I wouldn't recommend this Econo Lodge to anyone, even if it is affordable. Maybe it was a rarity with the remodeling, but my gosh, I'd never stayed in a dirtier Choice Hotel before. Very disappointed.

Price was great. Rooms were clean and comfy. Conveniently located between Washington, DC and Kings Dominion. Breakfast was nice. Employees were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Value. I liked the Pool. Very Clean. Staff is friendly and prompt to help. I will stay there again every time I stop in Fredericksburg

We would recommend this hotel to anyone. This is truly a great place to stay. The staff and mgmt team was very helpful and courteous. I plan to stay here again on my next vacation.

the breakfast staff was highly enjoyable and the food was good, in the evening we used the fitness center and really liked it too. the rooms were clean and price was great
