Comfort Inn Outlet Center, Williamsburg

I have to agree with most of the others on here that the front desk people were not friendly, didnt smile,and acted like they did not want to deal with me. When your on vacation you need that smile! Pay someone who actually wants to be there! The room was ok, could have been better, the window was broken, so you couldnt close it and the room smelled a little stale. The bed linens didn't look like they have upgraded since the 70's. The location was perfect. The price was midline average. I would have paid more for a little better. Keep that in mind.

-Lobby looks great, location is super to travel destination, breakfast was good, ac broken and it was hot in lobby, rooms do not look like web site pictures -rooms were dirty, walls need painted, shower curtain hanging with three hooks, shower rod bent, shower stall dirty and slippery, something in bed linens(2 separate rooms) made us feel like we were being bitten and/or itchy, hallway smelled smoky, dirty, pillows smelled like body odor, cable was "spotty" and not clear, not very friendly staff at front desk but other help throughout were nice,side door for access to hotel was suppose to require a room card(key) and we never had to use our card

The room was old and the carpet was dirty and need to be replaced. The water did not drain well in the bath tub. When taking a shower the water would fill up in the tub.
