Residence Inn Houston Medical CenterReliant Park, Houston

I was very impressed with my stay here. The room was more like a small apartment w/ a fireplace, full kitchen, the conveniences of home. Beds were very comfortable. The courtyard/ pool area was awesome with pool,hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court. The breakfast was not your typical danish, muffins and coffee. There was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle makers with toppings bar. There was soooo much to choose from at breakfast and it was complimentary. The staff was very friendly and every staff person I cam in contact with, greeted me. I will definitely stay again when I am in Houston. It is near the medical center, Reliant Park, museums, and a lot of restaurants.

We arrived late but were checked in quickly. Directions were given but they forgot to tell us the gate in that direction was closed for the night, but on arrival tto the room, had a voicemail message from the front desk asking if we needed anything else. No counter space in the bathroom. Good breakfast selection. Excellent proximity to MD Anderson, and property itself is clean and safe, but neighborhood immediately around it is less so.

i been frq this loc since 99 and have always found the breakfast to be one of the best with tvs in the morning area plenty of seating and newspapers the rooms cant get any more spacious and have a good design they also had round the clock security easliy vis thruout the nite i used to go there when i was younger and party and they never snitched on me the complex is aging

Staff was friendly and helpful. The motel needs a major renovation. The TV was tiny. The room was dark and dreary. Breakfast was nice. Would only stay here again if it was the only option in my price range.

I had to book a hotel at the last minute and due to the Houston Open Golf outing ended up here as I have a family of 5. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful however the hotel needs serious renovations and cleaning. Our room felt dirty and everything looked worn. The hotel is near Relient Stadium and not much else. For over $200 a night I expected more. We moved to a new hotel when we had time to locate one the second day. (Just as a note since this is near the medical center there are a lot of patients staying here many wearing surgical masks or carrying oxygen. I clearly understand why they need to be there however our youngest child was very uncomfortable)

Old property that hasn't been renovated for awhile. The outdoor pool isn't heated and the whirlpool is TINY!
