Quality Inn Houston, Houston

Room was very clean. Very helpful staff, clean bathroom and is good just to lay your head down for the weekend if you are in and out. The location is good...its beside a Mexican Restaurant, Burger King and Mac Donalds all in walking distant. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast room was getting repaired so they had breakfast at the hotel next door. IT WAS VERY NICE FOR A 21 YEAR OLD COUPLE!!!

This hotel was everything and more than we expected... the gym was in very good condition, and we onlw paid $69.03 per night! Great deal for our money!

If your looking for somewhere cheap, easy to get to and that has a breakfast this may be the place for you. For the price I would say it was okay. The breakfast was really good and the pool was and grounds was clean. Those are the high lights. My wife wanted an extra blanket. It took them over an hour to get it. The room felt musky and damp. The gym was no good - broken equipment. The vending machine was in op. The buisness center is a joke (1 computer). There is not that many places to eat nearby, although it is a breeze to get into the muesem district from there. It's right along side I-10 so the traffic noise is loud all the time. We had a room on the inward facing side so it wasn't bad. Lots of road construction going on as well.

This location was once called Fairfield Inn (please check the review under Fairfield Inn). There is lack of communication and knowledge amongst the staff. I was given three different prices from three different people and the event rooms aren't worth the prices that were given. The only reason we decided on this location was because of the first price I was quoted. Each time I spoke with a staff memeber, that staff person quoted me a higher price. Need less to say, the invites had already gone out and I had to pay the $200.00 they quoted me. It went up from $50.00 to $100.00 then to $275.00. I could tell that one particular staff memeber tried to cheat me out of my money because she told me that she could give me the room for $200.00. I would NOT recommend the place. Don't give them your money!!!!

Room had leaves on the carpet for two nights. Room doors open to the outdoors. Wireless Internet signal was weak and unreliable from both this motel and adjacent Baymont hotel. Hot water was weak for two nights and unusable on the third morning. There were several trailers and vehicles in the parking lot that looked like they had been there long term. Front of hotel is in noisy, busy location near freeway.

The room I was given was on the front of the hotel right on the side of the I-10. It sounded like vehicles were driving through my room at all hours. I stayed here for five nights and got very little and very disturbed sleep. To add to this the shower got backed up twice; the second time with about 4" of water around my feet. The small bar fridge was not working on my arrival. I checked it out and found the fan encased in ice. I cleaned it up and got the fridge working again and was able to keep my beverages cool. Repairing it would not be something most people would think to do. I was very dissatisfied.
