Red Roof Inn & Conference Center, Lubbock

My husband and I stayed at Red Roof awhile back with our 4 kids, and needless to say I WOULD NOT recommend this motel to anyone...especially anyone with kids!! The room we stayed in did have a weird smell and the carpet felt dirty. The pool was in being remodeled, but we didn't find that out until we got there. Our kids were a little disappointed because they were really looking forward to going swimming. When we were not satisfied with our room, we informed the manager that we wanted to cancel our room but she stated there was nothing she could do. The hallways were even dirty and there was a yellowish tint on the walls. VERY DISGUSTING motel....please take my word and don't plan your stay here!!!!!!!!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We went for a tournament and the location is great. Staff was helpful and rooms were older but clean and comfortable.

My husband had a last minute trip to Lubbock and we came across This hotel. By the pictures is looked great for the price...But you better bring the RAID can there is Roaches!!! Never will he or myself go back.

Lubbock regemcy hotel was fairly comfprtable! My girlfriend and myself stayed there for two days!T he front desk service was really polite and natlie was kind! beside the hotel going thru a renovation, the hotel was keep up fair! On the first day of our stay we had minor complaints, but they resovled them fairly quick! Our room was located on the second floor, and on the cold side of the hotel, minor complaint! the price for the two day stay was fair $135.00. Upon leaving i told myself beside the pool having to much clorine and a small selection of breakfeast, " i bet if the hotel was under contruction our stay would have been really good! If your on a budget and can deal with minor imperfections with any hotel, Lubbock regency/Ramda was fair1

My famiy and I rented a room for the night. We rent a room so we can let our kids go swimming. Well while our stay here we had our car broken into and got the run around from the front desk. Then we had to take time and money from suppose to be a fun night into fixen our window and what ever else they did to our car. I would not recommend staying or if you do make sure you park close to the door or something.

I can't believe that Ramada would put their name on a hotel like this. We paid $150 a night for a suite that was filthy. The bathroom was dirty, the bath tub wouldn't drain properly, you were showering in standing water. The place even smelled bad. The housekeeping staff that cleaned the room didn't put in fresh coffee, cups or glasses, the only thing they did was make up the bed. The front desk clerk upon checking out in the early morning hours, didn't even say a word, not good morning, how was your stay or thank you. He was too busy looking at his computer, obvioulsy playing around. How can Ramada charge such an outrageous rate for a dump. When we called the front desk and complained about the conditions the clerk said she was going off her shift and would pass it on to the manager, not a word from the manager. I would stay anywhere else in Lubbock but this Ramada. We travel a lot and have never seen the lack of concern or care for a hotel.
