DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Intercontinental Airport, Houston

I was in Houston for buiness and was delighted with the hotel's location in proximity to the airport and also my meeting place which also was on JFK Blvd. I had departed my house in New Jersey around 5:30am to make my flight out of Newark,NJ to connect in ATL for my flight to Houston. I had to go straight to my meetings & arrived weary and taggered later in the afternoon to the hotel. I was greeted with courteous & understanding service which was refreshing from a long unending day. The service my whole stay was exceptional from all, but I would like to point out Maria Moralez( I may have her last name wrong-she is expecting) she was the housekeeper that cleaned my room on April 7th. I had to return to the hotel in a rush due to me snagging my skirt during my meeting,believe it or not.......and she was in the middle of cleaning my room and she was most pleasant and had no problem with me interrupting her job/schedule. She even help me decide what skirt to put on. When you are far away from home and kind word & a smile can go a long way to make you feel comfortable. It was greatly appreciated during a very tubulent day.
