Days Inn Sweetwater, Sweetwater

We checked in and after we unpacked the car, we found out the pool was drained. Nobody said anything about it. There were no trash bags in our room. It was over 100 dollars. Room wasn't that bad but not worth the price. Internet was slow too, I havn't had the breakfast yet...

The person working was very nice. But, I reserved the room a week prior to our stay and was told we would be on the first floor. My reservation was lost. I did keep the conf # and was put into an upstairs room. The property is very worn down. The stairs were not stable. Upon heading to the room, I saw several vacancies downstairs. When calling to ask why we could not stay downstairs, I was told, they were reserved by a company that morning. It upset me to know that mine was done a week prior. I stated that was not good business & that if we were not treated fairly, I'd call the 800 #. She asked if I would really do such a thing...Needless to say, our money was refunded and we stayed in a wonderful hotel across the interstate.
