Absolutely HORRIBLE Experience.

I was travelling from Stephenville to Baytown when I came across the Super 8 in Navasota. It was not my intention to stay in Navasota, but the rental car that I was driving had a terrible flat.
The closest hotel was the Super 8. We were pretty much forced to sleep there, or the vehicle. The rates were atrocious. $100.00 per room, for a small, one-bed room. The lady at the desk answered the phone while I was trying to check in, and helped the people on the phone make reservations, even though I was there first, and kept telling her I was in a hurry because the tired was going flat by the second.
After being ignored for a while, she gave us our room keys.
Our entire room, and especially the bathroom, smelled STRONGLY of old, stale urine. There was foundation problems such as cracks in the walls and ceilings, and the paint was peeling from the walls.
My bath towels were filthy. It looked like someone had changed the oil in their car, wiped their hands on them, and put them back up. My Air conditioner didn't work either. It would only blow hot air, and was constantly leaking fluid.
The plumbing makes aweful vibrating noises at night, that will definately keep you up.
If you are forced to stay there, then try to get a room in the 2 story complexes, not the single story.
It was overall a nightmare.
I've been to other Super 8 motels and never had this problem.
