Disgusting

The place is horrible. Its an outrage how a place so close to Reliant Stadium can be so decrepit. The attitude of the desk attendant was bad, there are homeless and thugs around at night and one even attempted to approach me wanting to "talk to me", not very clean. When we woke up in the morning we discovered several ants on the floor which were all over our shoes and bit us when we unknowingly stepped on them. They even attempted to charge me an extra night claiming i only payed for 1 night while the receipt clearly shows i payed for 2. This is the first time EVER that i had to worry more about our security rather than comfort. Never going there again.

Ok hotel.....

Not a bad hotel for the price. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. I found the location to be exceptional and convenient, not alot of outside noise. My only complaint is the second day I was there I had a problem with the toilet. I informed the front desk but no one ever came up to fix it (even though I was told someone would be up to look at it) and I ended up moving to a different room. That was somewhat of an inconvenience but everything was fine after that. I would consider staying here again, despite the plumbing issues.
